Fees

- Cancellations: Cancellations can only be made within the first 30 minutes after initial purchase. If you request a cancellation after the first 30 minutes of the purchase, you will receive a store credit with a restocking fee of 35% applied. Cancellations / refunds will not be accepted once an order has been shipped.

- Wrong Address: If you provide the wrong address on your initial order and your package gets returned, you are responsible for the re-shipping fee. We will not be held responsible for the condition and quality of your slimes due to longer transit times. If you provide the wrong address and we reach out via email or text but we never receive a response within the 48 hour time-frame, we will refund your order (excluding shipping) but there will be a slime loss fee of 55% applied. Refunds and exchanges will not be given due to a wrong address.

- Broken containers during shipping: All slimes are bubble wrapped and packaged with a lot of time and care. We are NOT responsible for broken containers during shipping. No refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be given due to a broken container. Complaints regarding broken containers during shipment may be ignored in our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
