Fees
- Cancellations: Cancellations can only be made within the first 30 minutes after initial purchase. If you request a cancellation after the first 30 minutes of the purchase, you will receive a store credit with a restocking fee of 35% applied. Cancellations / refunds will not be accepted once an order has been shipped.
- Wrong Address/Returned Packages: If you provide the wrong address on your initial order and your package gets returned (or your package simply gets returned for reasons x,y,z), you are responsible for the re-shipping fee. We will not be held responsible for the condition and quality of your slimes due to longer transit times. If you provide the wrong address and we reach out via email or text but we never receive a response within the 48 hour time-frame, we will refund your order (excluding shipping) but there will be a slime loss and restocking fee of 55% applied. Refunds and exchanges will not be given due to a wrong address.
- "Wrong" slime: If you claim that you accidentally purchased the "wrong" slime, we can offer you a partial refund, with a slime loss fee of 55% applied and excluding shipping. We do not take any responsibility on the customer's mistakes and will not compensate for it at all. If we actually send you a slime that you did not order, then we will 100% send you a full refund of the slime you did not receive OR send you the slime if we still have it in stock. We will take responsibility for our mistakes.
- Broken containers during shipping: All slimes are bubble wrapped and packaged with a lot of time and care. We are NOT responsible for broken containers during shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
