Fees
Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted only within the first 30 minutes following the initial purchase. Cancellation requests received after this window will be eligible for store credit only. Please note that cancellations or refunds cannot be processed once an order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address / Returned Packages:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for any applicable re-shipping fees. We cannot be held liable for the condition or quality of the products resulting from extended transit times. If we contact you regarding an incorrect address and do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will issue a refund for the order subtotal (excluding shipping). Please note your future orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
Incorrect Product Purchased:
If you accidentally order the wrong product, please let us know within 30 minutes of purchase. There is no guarantee for an exchange. In the case your order has shipped, there will be no exchanges or refunds. Please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for customer ordering errors. However, if we mistakenly send you a product you did not order, we will gladly provide a full refund for the incorrect item or send a replacement, if it is still in stock. We stand behind our fulfillment accuracy and will take full responsibility for any mistakes on our part.
Damaged Containers During Shipping:
All products are carefully bubble-wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery. Nevertheless, Slimesweetpea LLC cannot be held responsible for containers damaged during transit.
Additional Rights:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, at any time.
