When do you restock new slimes?
New slimes are stocked every Friday at 6pm ET. Follow our Instagram and Tiktok for more information.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our current processing times are 4-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
I have delivery issues! What do I do?

My slime melted! What do I do?
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of borax powder into 1 cup of warm water. This solution, known as a slime activator, can be used in small amounts to restore melted or sticky slime. When using the activator, add it gradually - only a few drops at a time - to avoid over-activating the slime, which may result in a tough or rubbery texture.
