Please double-check your address to ensure that it's correct. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses will be charged a re-shipping fee.

All items are prepared and shipped within 4-7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays).

Most domestic orders are mailed via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping costs are calculated by USPS.

Some domestic orders and most international orders are mailed via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated by UPS.

Some international orders are mailed via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated by DHL Express.

Due to the handmade nature of our slimes, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us—if you’re not completely happy with your order, please reach out to us at slime.sweetpea@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

New slimes are stocked every Friday at 6pm ET. Follow our Instagram and Tiktok for more information.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of borax powder into 1 cup of warm water. This solution, known as a slime activator, can be used in small amounts to restore melted or sticky slime. When using the activator, add it gradually - only a few drops at a time - to avoid over-activating the slime, which may result in a tough or rubbery texture.
